1. How do I signup a new account with Xhost?
To signup, complete the online form. Ensure you specify a valid email as registration details will be posted to you upon account creation.
2. How long does registration take for a new hosting account?
New accounts usually take 1 business day to create. Details will be posted to the nominated email address from the online signup form upon completion.
3. What payment options are available with Xhost?
Xhost are currently installing merchant services for credit card payments. Direct Deposit is the only payment option. Xhost will email a monthly or yearly invoice to the account holder by email. Payments are to be made to [account details].

4. What server build is my website and its services running on?
Sites are hosted on Dell Poweredge Pentium 4 servers running Fedora Core 2 GNU/Linux. Websites served by Apache 2 HTTP Server. Databases powered by MySQL. Xhost actively supports new web technologies, web standards and open-source software.
5. Does Xhost have a server uptime gaurantee?
Not at this stage. Xhost aims to meet 99.99% uptime.
